Mr. Andrew Meinzer's Trust Administration expertise and advice have been invaluable to me since the death of my mother in October 2006. My parents had a Trust in place, but had not included any of their bank accounts and mutual funds in the Trust. My father could not perform these functions due to advanced dementia, so I had to do so. I first had to assume the role of Trustee, which was not easy as their Trust had some complex requirements for me to take on this role while my father was still living. Mr. Meinzer first handled the required legal actions for my mother's will, then prepared the documents required for me to become the Trustee, including a new Successor Trust. When that process was complete, he gave me detailed advice on how to include their financial accounts in the Trust. In the case of a mutual fund, the process was so complex he had to handle it himself. Mr. Meinzer's assistance and advice have continued to be crucial to me since the recent death of my father. He handled the required actions to record my father's will, and has prepared and filed the documents required to transfer the assets of the trust to me.
